Worse, those that want to use rDNS in the weighted tests will see it become
useless, as ISPs that host the ranges that AOL hates will simply change
their rDNS names to bypass the filters.

Perhaps if MSN would just block all ISP's whose emails fail the NOPOSTMASTER
and IPNOTINMX, tests, then AOL would be the one complaining (since all of
the AOL mail we receive fails both).

Ah, there's the rub, isn't it.  What about those in countries where
capitalism doesn't reign and legit business users don't have the ability to
fix their rDNS or vote with their feet?

True.  Just don't let France figure out they can just start blocking all
emails into their country that don't have their SMTP conversations in french
(after all, it's THEIR country and their servers -- if you don't like it,
you can fix your end or go away).  [LEN - it's a JOKE!]
