For over 3 weeks now, we're experiencing issues with a stuck queue. It is filling up with emails but doesn't seem to send anyone through. I've tried all the suggestions here: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990730-DM01.htm and can safely say that we're not dealing with a problematic message, dns issues, ms-proxy conflicts or the like. this is just weird. Sometimes, a restart (of the machine, not of Imail Services) helps, sometimes it doesn't and the problem just seem to be corrected after a few hours or days. Sometime we get the emails to be stuck on the Imail\spool\ directory, sometimes it is not delivered even to there, causing us much grief. Alltogether, the error keeps coming back after several days and recurring every once in a while. Any help on resolving this issue would be appriciated! Thanks! Michael.
