Hi,

Unfortunately I don't have a solution, but I am experiencing exactly the
same problem with IMAIL 6.06

Once the queue gets stuck, someone has to press the 'Send All' button a
few times and the queue gets sent. If nobody presses that button, the
queue will keep building up.
