Hi,

Actually, we have been having this problem with the queue getting stuck
on IMAIL 6.06 for close to a year and clicking the send all button has
worked everytime.

Our queue gets stuck 2-3 times a week.

And yes we are running quite a few lists on IMAIL 6.06

In these stuck queue situations, very often "send all" achieves nothing.

Imail 8 has new queue management, the reason being that queue mgmt
before
Imail8 was sucky.

Improved queue management is probably the major "plumbing" reason for
upgrading to Imail8, esp for people running largish Imail lists.

Next on the plumbing wishlist in Imail8+ :

1) SMTP writing useful info into the log file, especially why a msg in
the
queue cannot be delivered, aka the reason for deferral (eg, you would
know
why the queue is stuck), plus

2) SMTPD reporting the Imail queue ID in the SMTP dialog when it has
accepted a message.
