does anyone have exhcange 2k and I mail co-existing on same network? I have them both and the Imail server can do anything you want it to. The pre-existing exchange box can do anything EXCEPT send mail to accounts on the IMail server. Now, keep in mind, that in the beginning Imail could not send mail to the exchange accounts; howver, I added a host gateway in the IMail config that points to one of my smtp virtual servers and it began routing to exchange accounts. Why would both these machines send and receive email from any domain on the Net, but not to each other.

If these servers have private IPs, then the Exchange server will normally see the public IP of the IMail server, which could prevent it from reaching the IMail server.

Do you have log file entries for an E-mail that you try sending from the Exchange server to the IMail server?
