If you look in Imail KB or google, windows TCP 10054 error has lots of causes. happy hunting :)) If Imail and Exchange are not having problems doing SMTP with Internet (you don't 10054 in the logs for any non-internal IPs?), concentrate on the path between Imail and Exchange.
