Another consideration is how all this is monitored. For example: Is there a
system set up that sends alerts above a temperature threshold (say 82
degrees) or below a humidity threshold (maybe 20%)????? Then is a proper
fire and alarm system present? Is the power supplied to the room on breakers
of their own.... how many.... how distributed. All other comments are
valuable.... I just wanted to give some of the things that I had to go
through as we reconstructed our server space this past year.
