Amy, I really feel for you! But you are 100% correct in wanting to replace the PC's. You can get a bulk rate from Dell and others for probably less than $800 each with XP Pro on them. I would call some of the vendors and start putting together the numbers and then plead your case. I have done this when I worked at the local hospital and found out they were paying twice what they should be for new PC's that were outdated.
