There was something similar to this issue last week, but I can't put my finger on it. Someone though the same thing, but in searching the logs again, they found the rest of the transaction much further down the log. Have you searched the entire log for the '011E013E' to see if it exists anywhere else.What OS is the client using?Does the client have all Service Packs and Hot Fixes for Outlook installed.Travis-----Original Message-----
