There was something similar to this issue last week, but I can't put my finger on it.  Someone though the same thing, but in searching the logs again, they found the rest of the transaction much further down the log.  Have you searched the entire log for the '011E013E' to see if it exists anywhere else.

I see in the archives where the spool file just gets lost or shows up missing. The difference here is, this process never becomes a spool file.
