You may want to call IPSWITCH. I just got off the phone with them on an issues that ended up having nothing to do with them. they said there are a few patches to the queue manager coming out and there are some config issues that can cause poor performance. I did not get into detail with them about what the config issues could be but the tech said something about the new spam features.
I am still on 7.15, waiting for the queue manager issues to die down.
