We average 50-60 spams per email address per day. probably 40-50% include either postmaster or abuse in the CC and dropping them from our witelist meant 2-3 in each mailbox per day, instead of about 30 (actually one user said she was getting about 70 a day, due to inclusion on group boxes). But, we don't drop just on a single test. And give little weight to tests that block by class, rather than confirmed problems. The payback of adding those two can be huge, if your spam protection can't break out multiple copies of a message, one for each recipient (which causes other problems, to be sure).
