It's a free program that goes through your log file and shows you all
outgoing E-mail that was bounced or blocked.  If you have a specific E-mail
that was bounced/blocked (typically with "User unknown" in it), you can
also use BounceFinder to find just that one bounce.

Part of the reason we wrote it is because of the proliferation of
"single-test" anti-spam systems, that block E-mail that fails just a single
spam test.  While there are occasionally good reasons to do that, between
the mysterious "ACL" test and the recent death of the OS* tests, *lots* of
legitimate E-mail has been bouncing.  To make the problem worse, Sobig.F
has caused most people to quickly delete bounce messages, without taking
the time that they previously would, so many of the bounces will otherwise
go unnoticed.
