Anti-spam in IMail does not work like the rules; there are no wildcards in the phrase list. When IMail is searching for phrases in an email the '.' is considered a delimeter so it is not matched against any character in the phrase list. So, if you want to match on the phrase "microsoft.com" in an email you need to put "microsoft com" in the phrase list.
