So you cannot set up the IMail Spam Phrase Filter to trigger on: 18+ $500 a day 100% guaranteed $Random_comment etc
This seem like a major oversight for a spam phrase filter as far as I can tell. And the phrase list continues to have intermittent problems. My white-list.txt contain: ebay.com equifax.com etips.dummies.com expedia.com Yet the spam log shows the white list was ignored: 10:01 07:43 SMTPD(00510062) [00001176] <mydomain.com> VALIDATION: (HELO) mydomain.com performing DNS lookup for HELO domain customermail.expedia.com 10:01 07:43 SMTPD(00510062) [00001176] <mydomain.com> VALIDATION: (HELO) mydomain.com received reply from DNS server for HELO domain customermail.expedia.com 10:01 07:43 SMTPD(00510062) [00001176] <mydomain.com> VALIDATION: (MAIL FROM) mydomain.com validating MAIL FROM address [EMAIL PROTECTED] 10:01 07:43 SMTPD(00510062) [00001176] <mydomain.com> VALIDATION: (MAIL FROM) mydomain.com SUCCEEDED for user [EMAIL PROTECTED] 10:01 07:43 SMTPD(00510062) [00001176] <mydomain.com> VALIDATION: (REVDNS) mydomain.com performing reverse dns lookup on address (207.46.182.229) 10:01 07:43 SMTPD(00510062) [00001176] <mydomain.com> VALIDATION: (REVDNS) mydomain.com reverse DNS validation SUCCEEDED for address (207.46.182.229) 10:01 07:43 SMTP(05000002) Got White List and Content Filter for mydomain.com 10:01 07:43 SMTP(05000002) searching for phrases 10:01 07:43 SMTP(05000002) matched phrase [18] >From Header: Received: from customermail.expedia.com [207.46.182.229] by mydomain.com (SMTPD32-8.03) id ADEB510062; Wed, 01 Oct 2003 07:43:39 -0400 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Message-Id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Wed, 01 Oct 2003 04:43:37 -0700 (Pacific Daylight Time) From: Expedia Travel Deals <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Status: U X-IMail-Rule: H~IMAIL-SPAM-PHRASE:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Data- IMAIL-SPAM-PHRASE: 18 X-UIDL: 360326016 -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Tripp Allen Sent: Tuesday, September 30, 2003 4:07 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] IMail 8.0x Phrase List Syntax The phrase filter has to match the words in order, so microsoft.com would not match that the phrase you quoted. You can't set up 18+ where it won't trigger on 18.
