Yes, if you have 'microsoft com' in the phrase list, it will match 'microsoft.com', 'microsoft com' or 'microsoft com' in the body of an email. But, if the email is an HTML email and the microsoft.com is in a URL, you need microsoft.com in the url-domain-bl.
