Can you test if the delay time between your server and this IP is
abnormal long?

I have the same problem for over a year now and hasn't found any
solution (the moving this users to our Linux box)

The only common thing all this users has had was a relative slow
connection to our server with very high traffic. (for example 64k ISDN
and multiple users behind transfering larger files over the remote
connection)

I've made a lot of tests and I found aut that this 10054 errors happens
any time when the ping delay between our server and the connecting
client was over 7500 milliseconds.

Any send error 10054 line in your logfile means that the Imail-server
has dropped silently the connection to the client. This client will run
into a timeout and return an error on his side.
