If I were you and need to clean up an email from all users mailboxes before they pull 
it from your server I would use Imail Client (imail.exe) and open mailbox by mailbox 
and delete the message with virus.

It is quite simple. 
1.Run Imail Client
2.Select your Virtual Host
3.then select the User-ID press OK, select the message with virus
4.press the delete button above.
5.then select File and then Close Option. When you select close option it actually 
deletes the message from the mailbox.

6.To go to the next mailbox press CTRL-L or File::Pop Logon and repeat steps above.

I hope there are not many users with the message you are looking for.
