Yes, for both mail and OWA access.Has a hole been poked in the firewall permitting incoming port 25 connections to swexchc.sofwerks.com?
I just tried to ping swexchc.sofwerks.com (208.251.220.35) and got no reply.
I also tried to make an smtp connection to that IP address, and could not.
Assuming that's the right IP address, this still looks like a firewall issue
