Ummm. No? Maybe? What if we petition congress to allow us to bill a 'charge back' to our isp's for wasting our bandwidth? Would the major isp's 'finally' decide that .. Gee.. People, especially children, really don't want porn or spam... And we're loosing money.. Duh maybe we should stop selling our service to spammers or at least shut them off. I for one would entertain the thought of a mass 'whitehat' engineered email worm that would counter act spammer organizations and/or major isp's via a mutant dDoS. Yea that's it a viri code named: cpuslammer.. One that would literally melt their cpu's in all there devices. Question is..
