Unfortunaltly the Inter in Internet stands for International. This means if Congress passes a law overseas Spammer can not be chared and may have a legal foot for an appeal of a law under international treaties. I have been cutting off access at the Firewall when someone forwards me the offending e-mail. I hunt down the IP ine my logs and do my daily updates. Each time I take out a class C address block. Food for Thought.

What is the deal with all these v1agra ads? We catch a lot of them, but what
about these they say nothing, and just have a freakin' image to click on?
All you can do is blacklist the domain, but they can register a new domain
for 8.95.

Will this ever end? It's like a freakin' war.

Ummm. No? Maybe? What if we petition congress to allow us to bill a
'charge back' to our isp's for wasting our bandwidth? Would the major isp's
'finally' decide that .. Gee.. People, especially children, really don't
want porn or spam... And we're loosing money.. Duh maybe we should stop
selling our service to spammers or at least shut them off. I for one would
entertain the thought of a mass 'whitehat' engineered email worm that would
counter act spammer organizations and/or major isp's via a mutant dDoS. Yea
that's it a viri code named: cpuslammer.. One that would literally melt
their cpu's in all there devices.

Question is.. How far does one let the limits of immorality erode their
right to just say NO MORE and do what ever they can to stop it?
