I can't figure out what I have done wrong. Our DNS report says we have no Reverse DNS entries for MX records. <http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=websiteworld.com>http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=websiteworld.com
Under reverse lookup zones we have pointers for mail.websiteworld.com point to our mail server.
See http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/lookup.ch?domain=145.168.23.216.in-addr.arpa&type=PTR .intelenet.net, which doesn't report the PTR record.
If that is your nameserver, you need to play around with it more until you get the PTR record listed. If it is not your nameserver, you need to contact them to delegate the IP's reverse DNS to you.
