Well,  since  he's  your friend...well, how else can I put this...he's
wrong. :)

Even  the  barest glance with NSLOOKUP tells you that testclear.com is
broken.  Can't  speak  to the accuracy of DNSReport at this particular
point  in  time,  and  a  couple of the results are always very strict
(though  flagged  as  "not  likely  to  cause problems" if so), but it
doesn't have any issues that I know of.
