What's the full error message.
Could be corrupt folders, conflicting oe mail rules....a variety of things.
Need to see the whole error some ms errors are misleading.
I would also do an updated virus scan and spyware detection if you having
problems getting to 25. Some virus have been known to take over 25 on the
host pc.
Last but not least - if running w2k or higher....check to see if security is
in place on the pc. w2k and XP have their own "mini fire wall". disable that
and any personal firewall stuff.
