Yes. Checked everything. User has dyn ip so its constantly changing,

I know this may seem like I am stating the obvious, but as you are trying
everything, I thought we would ask everything.  "Does not resolve" is a DNS
message.  Have you tries to TELNET to the SMTP server from his system by
using three SMTP server IP?  If that works, than I'd look for a host file to
some such nonsense that is confusing DNS.
