I host the dns zone record for the customer's domain.
I have a MX 10 record pointing to mail.netmolds.com and
an A record pointing the customer's Exchange mail servers ip address and
a MX 20 record pointing to my mail server.

Yes the customer's ip is the Exchange servers ip address

I will go back through everything and check it out again.

What I don't understand is I can send an email to any of these email address
from my work station and they go through fine. When the web server sends the
message to these same email address they sometimes hang in the queue? Both
my workstation and the web server are sending on the same lan sending to the
same nic on the mail server.
