Spews is just a bunch of scum bags. Bhosted.net was listed lasted year
and the only way we got off it was to start up new name server and use
new ips

That is normal.  That is what SPEWS does.  SPEWS is designed to have 
collateral damage.  Anyone who blocks E-mail that fails the SPEWS test
will 
knowingly block non-spam.  That is their decision.  They feel that the 
benefits of blocking your good E-mail outweigh the drawbacks.  There
isn't 
much you can do about people like that (even if you give in to them, who
is 
to say they won't block your next IP, because of some spammer on the
same 
/16, or even /8?).

If someone is intentionally blocking your E-mail for reasons beyond your

control, you have decide whether to attempt to jump through hoops to 
appease them, or whether to ignore it.
