I'm quickly learning that they are pretty irresponsible when it comes to requesting a de-listing. They'll move fast to put someone on the list, but not act accordingly when someone has demonstrated a good-faith effort to abate the spam problem. In my view, that really seems to make them just as 'bad' as the spammers.
