Sharyn, you keep using the term 'processing,' but you've never explained how you're using the term. And you haven't posted any logs, which are always the first place to look. And do the users still appear in IADMIN browse view?
No, the users don't appear in the IADMIN browse view, and "processing" refers to a 3rd party non mentionable product (I've also posted on their list too) and I thought I posted logs earlier but it has been one of those days where I wouldn't know my head from other objects if the place they were attached to wasn't a constant.
