Quemgr, SMTPd32, and POP3d32 all rotate for the second most used
process.

At your volume, a faster CPU isn't going to help -- you should be able
to
easily handle the load.
What processes are using the high CPU in Task Manager (click on the
"CPU"
button to sort by CPU)?
