Hi!

Is there an easy way to block encrypted .ZIP files with Declude?

Also, what about users who buy and download encrypted .ZIP archives on the
net?

Regards,
Steinar Rasch

Which virus(es)? What does your log file say?

Note that over the past month, new variants of Bagle/Netsky have used at
least 6 different tricks to bypass mailserver virus scanners, so you need
to make sure that you are running the latest version of your mailserver
virus scanner. Also, you need to block all encrypted .ZIP files (since
mailserver virus scanners in many cases cannot detect viruses in encrypted
.ZIP files).

You may want to go to http://www.declude.com/tools and use the Test Virus
Sender to see if there are specific types of viruses that cannot get caught.
