Do you know why I do not get an email virus alert: "Declude Virus caught a
virus" when Declude stops a dynamic encoded .ZIP file?

Yes.  With the latest interim release, you can add a line "BANEXT EZIP" to 
your config file, and Declude Virus will automatically block all encrypted 
.ZIP files.

That's up to them to figure out.  Since early March, it is now recommended 
that all encrypted .ZIP files be blocked (no matter what mailserver AV 
software you are using).  One option is to rename the file from .ZIP to 
something else.  But any company that is intentionally sending out 
encrypted .ZIP files has almost certainly changed their practices by now.
