Like Len said, he provides information, you can setup blocks and configure Imgate however you want and then review what is being blocked and make appropriate updates to the configs. Pretty much what I'd assume other anti-spam solutions provide.
I've used Imgate for a couple years and would not change away based on what I know now. The flexiblity is there to do what you want (ok what I want) for controlling what is blocked. Like anything, you watch and make changes when necessary. I can say this, I get very few (less than 3 a month) requests to block additional spam and much less frequent than that identifying mail I'm blocking that is legitimate. Not saying we're not getting spam but the complaints are almost non-existsant! pretty awesome considering what we had before imgate. Len may block more stringently than I do, I don't know or care for that matter. What I care about is it allows me to stop what I want... and use the RBL's of MY choice, or do content filtering if I CHOOSE.
