If that error message is to be taken literally, the receiving server's DNS is broken.
I've seen this happen quite often with Postfix servers.
A really funny one, though, was a Postfix server that got a copy of a virus claiming to have been sent from [EMAIL PROTECTED] It choked on the DNS lookup, and said "Sender domain declude.com does not exist" -- and then dutifully sent the bounce message to [EMAIL PROTECTED], who received it fine.
It's kind of like getting a letter from the local post office, delivered to your house, telling you that they can't deliver mail to your house because they cannot find it.
