Sam, As long as you pick the correct service agreement for your product. Make sure you do not buy an IMail Small Business Service Agreement if you have IMail Professional. Other than that the service agreement from a reseller is the same as one purchased directly from us. In both cases, once you get the service agreement it will contain instructions on how to activate it.
