I have a server on the network that is pushing a lot of bandwidth both in and out.
a first look with
netstat -an
... could show connections on non-webserver-related strange ports. You'll need something else to show i/o bytes per connection.
taskmanager with all the i/o columns displayed might show processes with lots of i/o. network i/o that you see over the cable is probably tied to disk i/o.
and a tool that shows a list of open files.....
