In Norway, Telenor (One of the biggest companys here) doesnt allow users from this company to visit websites on port 8383. They have over 20 000 employees! There is no problem to keep it open. I�m trying to get WebMessageing to run on port 80 on the same box but on a different IP address   I found some old form April 2002 in the KB, and I did get it to run ad hoc.
