If this is a universal problem it should have been many reports by now.
There have been. One of the largest ISPs (with many millions of customers) mentioned that they, too, were having problems delivering E-mail to hotmail. And many other people complained about problems last week.
Does anyone have a good contact phone number or email address?
If I did, you wouldn't get it. <G> It is a universal problem.
Yes, it *is* possible that they blacklisted you or are rejecting your E-mail for some reason (but your logs should show that). But given that just about everyone was having troubles sending E-mail to hotmail.com over the past week or two, you shouldn't bother Hotmail unless you have good reason to believe they are blocking you and you alone.
