From Spain we have problems with Hotmail.com such, our clients think that the problems are ours and not of Hotmail.com.
 I have written several post office to Microsoft and Hotamil.com having presented/displayed a complaint, like user of Hotmail.

Can be done more something?

mx2.hotmail.com: Timed out [Last data sent: None]
mx3.hotmail.com: Timed out [Last data sent: None]
mx4.hotmail.com: Timed out [Last data sent: None]
mx1.hotmail.com: Timed out [Last data sent: None]

If this is a timeout problem, note that the DNS report only waits about 30 seconds for responses, so your mail may work fine in this case but you will need to use testing tools specifically designed for such situations.
