Couple of things to try when having delivery problems with Hotmail: 1) Clear DNS Cache in IMail Administrator Queue Manager (maybe clear the skip list too)
2) Look at the SMTP Service screen, noting the Domain Name Server address there, then go to that machine and into the DNS service MMC and clear that cache as well. Hotmail serves up DNS MX records in a rotation, if you're stuck on MX1 in your DNS server's cache, then you'll keep getting it in IMail. Clearing both of these (maybe more than once) should get your DNS server to pick up MX2/3/4 and feed that to IMail and then your mail might deliver better.
