SAV can be set to not send the bounce notifications. That is the way we have it set. Then all deleted0.txt emails are filtered and I use the ROUTETO action to review and delte the virus ones and forward the not allowed attachment ones to the user with our explanation of the reason for the deletion and how the get the files they need.
