I have declude ROUTTO all emails with DELETED0.txt to a special mailbox. I can then notify the user of the problem and forward them the message. I have a message I cut and paste explaining why the attachment was deleted.
I get one to two of these a month. The rest are from viruses and I just delete them after review.
