More than 1/2 of the posts to the list today have been requests for this file that is a maximum of about 1K (probably much less), which is about 10% of the size of a one-line post from someone using Microsoft Word to write their E-mails. People who are making these requests need to learn [1] how to read the list (if 50% of the posts today are asking the same thing, you've got to realize that posting a "me too" is only going to annoy people), and [2] how to respond directly to the sender (I know many mailserver admins don't realize that you can send an E-mail directly to the sender, but it's something you're going to have to learn if you want to run a mailserver).
