Both A, B, & C result in a lot of false positives. So what we've done
is for a few clients that want those enabled, we have an e-mail
automatically generated and sent back to the sender letting them know
that there e-mail was blocked by anti-spam and to contact the customer
to have there e-mail address white listed.

Please, please, please do not do that.

Over 99% of spam uses a fake return address, so every spam that is blocked using that method will result in you generating a spam (bounce message) to an innocent victim. Even if you are OK with that ethically (making others deal with unwanted E-mail so you do not have to), you will likely get listed in spam databases for doing that.
