It means the recipient you are trying to get in touch with has a bad DNS setup.  Nothing you can do except talk to them via the phone and tell them the problem.  You may want to purge the Imail DNS cache just in case it is sitting there.

It appears that the DNS operator for xxxx.com has installed an invalid MX record with an IP address
