Hi folks,
I keep getting complaints from my customers that they
can't login via the webmail interface. I did
some
checking and found out that
...
1. Almost all my customers will not be able
to login the 1st time. (http://mail.mydomain.com:8383)
However, the rate of
successful 1st time login is higher if they use http://mail.mydomain.com:8383/login.cgi
instead.
2. Some domain have higher failure rate
than others. For example, I have one whereby if i use the 8383/login.cgi
link,
the failure rate
(failing to login 1st time) is 30% whereas another is 100% (so
far...)
In all the test, the userid and password are correctly
keyed in ... I purposely created some test accounts with SIMPLE
password
and userids...
Please help, I am using iMAIL
7.12
Any info/suggestions/help is greatly
appreciated.
Thanks.
SY Lim.
