I had the exact same problem.   I did a complete re-install of Imail 8.12 (using the full installer, not an upgrade). Still happens.   If you copy back to old web folder, you get the old templates and it works.   Can you get to webmail via the name of the server instead? Eg: http://emailserver:8383 ???   I have been talking to Ipswitch Support and they don’t have a solution.
