Hi All!

One of my users has an intermittent problem sending
mail to a user at Epson.

IMail spits back with this undeliverable notice:

"Unknown host: [EMAIL PROTECTED]"

When I run Scott's mail test over declude.com, I
get this trying to send to [EMAIL PROTECTED]:

------------
epson.com.tw. - 203.69.121.2  [Could not connect: Got an
unknown HELO response: 220  ESMTP
------------

The Epson email address/domain is correct--mail has
been successfully delivered to this person in the past.

Can one of the guru's explain why Imail (v7.15) is
choking on it? Is this an IMail issue or an Epson
gateway problem?
