That should only appear if IMail can't resolve the host exc.epson.com.tw -- but http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/traversal.ch?domain=exc.epson.com.tw&type=MX shows that it does have an MX record, and all the DNS servers involved are reporting it properly.
Given the incident with corrupt attachments, I would keep an eye out for any other reports of corruption or odd behavior -- there's a chance that it could be a hardware issue (NIC card or memory would be the first suspects). However, it could have just been a temporary glitch of some sort.
