I'm talking about the temporary blocking of an IP address that has made x
number of bad recipient attempts in a given amount of time, as opposed to
blacklisting where an IP address is tossed into the bucket.

OK, that sounds like some sort of dictionary attack protection. It would indeed be nice if IMail had the ability to do something like that.
